What are credits?

Credits are the universal currency on Definable AI. Every AI action — generating an image, running an agent, querying a knowledge base, or using an MCP tool — costs a certain number of credits. Different models and tasks consume credits at different rates.

Is there a free plan?

Yes! The Starter plan is completely free with 5,000 credits every month — no credit card required. You can explore basic AI models, Knowledge Bases, and more at zero cost. Upgrade anytime for more credits and advanced features.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes, annual billing gives you 6 months free compared to monthly billing. The yearly price shown is the per-month equivalent when billed annually.

What happens if I run out of credits?

On the Starter plan, you can purchase additional credits at ₹1/credit in packs of 5. On paid plans, you'll receive a notification at 80% usage and can purchase additional credit packs or upgrade your plan.

What's the difference between Starter, Plus, and Pro models?

Starter includes basic models suitable for simple tasks. Plus unlocks pro models like GPT-5.2 and Claude 4.6 for complex reasoning. Pro gives you access to every model available, including Claude Opus 4, Gemini 3, and all reasoning models.
